Stop chasing clients for the same documents every month.
Onboarding takes a dozen emails. Staff spend hours on reminder follow-ups. Close status lives in someone's head. We automate the chasing so your team can do the actual work.
Software runs your systems. People still run the work between them.
One intake flow that sets up new clients everywhere, plus document reminders that run themselves and stop when the file arrives.

Three jobs that stop being your team's job.
New client onboarding
A new client means 14 emails, a PDF form, and someone re-typing their details into three systems.
The client fills one form. Their record, folders, checklist, and welcome email are created before you see it.
Document chasing
Staff keep a spreadsheet of missing bank statements and send reminders by hand, again and again.
Reminders go out on a schedule, in your voice, and stop automatically once the document is uploaded.
Close status
"Where are we on the Hendersons?" gets answered by walking over to someone's desk.
Every Friday the team gets one summary: which clients are done, which are stuck, and what they're waiting on.

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Automate the work. Keep people where judgment matters.
Nothing goes to a customer without a person able to approve it. AI handles the reading, drafting, and data entry. You keep the decisions.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions.
Q01Our practice tool already sends reminders. Why do we need this?
Most firms use about 20% of what their practice tool can do, and the rest lives in email and spreadsheets. We set up what's already built in first, and only build custom pieces where the tool falls short.
Q02Do I have to switch software?
No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together. If something you use truly can't connect, we'll tell you on the call, before you spend a dollar.
Q03What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q04Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q05Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q06What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
