Seven Seven Ops / Insurance agenciesIndependent insurance agencies with 3–15 staff

Renewals shouldn't depend on someone's memory.

Renewal lists get exported to a spreadsheet. Quote requests get re-keyed. Producers write every follow-up from scratch. We automate the follow-through so fewer policies slip.

01 / The gap

Software runs your systems. People still run the work between them.

Renewal outreach that runs on schedule, quote requests that arrive clean, and AI-drafted follow-ups your producers approve and send.

02 / Before → After

Three jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Renewal outreach

Before

Someone runs an AMS report each month, pastes it into Excel, and works down the list when there's time.

After

Renewal tasks and client emails go out at 90, 60, and 30 days, automatically, and get logged.

No more forgotten renewals
02

Quote intake

Before

Web quote requests come in as emails. A CSR re-keys every field and chases what's missing.

After

Requests arrive structured and checked. Missing info gets requested from the client automatically.

~20 min saved per quote
03

Producer follow-ups

Before

Producers write every follow-up from scratch, so many don't get written.

After

AI drafts each follow-up from the policy and the last conversation. The producer edits and sends.

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

04 / Human + system

Automate the work. Keep people where judgment matters.

Nothing goes to a customer without a person able to approve it. AI handles the reading, drafting, and data entry. You keep the decisions.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions.

Q01Does this work with my AMS?

Most modern agency systems can connect, but some limit what's possible. We'll confirm exactly what works with yours on the free call, before you commit to anything.

Q02Do I have to switch software?

No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together. If something you use truly can't connect, we'll tell you on the call, before you spend a dollar.

Q03What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q04Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q05Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q06What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
