Month-end shouldn't start with 40 "what was this charge?" emails.
Uncategorized transactions pile up. Bank statements arrive late. Your team writes the same client questions every month. We connect QuickBooks Online to your client communication so the questions ask themselves.
QuickBooks Online holds the data. People still move it.
One intake flow that sets up new clients everywhere, plus document reminders that run themselves and stop when the file arrives.

Three QuickBooks Online jobs that stop being your team's job.
Client questions
Each month a bookkeeper exports uncategorized transactions and writes a custom email to every client.
A clean question list for each client is drafted from QBO automatically. The bookkeeper reviews and sends.
Missing statements
Someone keeps a spreadsheet of which clients still owe statements and nudges them by hand.
Reminders go out on a schedule and stop as soon as the file shows up.
Close status
The owner asks "how many clients are closed?" and someone counts.
One summary: closed, waiting on client, waiting on us, with days overdue.

Inside QuickBooks Online. Not instead of it.
This is for firms on QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop has much more limited connection options; ask on the call if that is you.
Read from QBO
We read from QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API with access you grant per client file and can revoke anytime.
You stay the bookkeeper
Nothing is recategorized automatically. Client answers come back to you to review and apply. Judgment stays with your team.
Works with your practice tool
Status and reminders can live in Karbon, TaxDome, Canopy, or plain email, whichever your team already uses.
Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions about QuickBooks Online.
Q01Does QuickBooks already do this?
QBO has some client request features, but most firms still write the questions by hand. We generate them from the actual uncategorized transactions, across every client, on a schedule.
Q02Is it safe to connect client books?
Access is granted through Intuit, scoped to what we need, and can be revoked from QBO at any time. We sign an NDA if you want one.
Q03Do you change anything in the books?
No. We read and draft. Your bookkeepers make every change.
Q04What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q05Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q06Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q07What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
