Half of TaxDome is set up. The other half is your staff's inbox.

Pipelines exist but jobs get moved by hand. Organizers go out and the follow-ups don't. Onboarding still starts with a PDF. We finish the setup and connect the parts TaxDome doesn't cover.

01 / The gap

TaxDome holds the data. People still move it.

One intake flow that sets up new clients everywhere, plus document reminders that run themselves and stop when the file arrives.

02 / Before → After

Three TaxDome jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Pipeline moves

Before

Jobs sit in the wrong stage because someone has to drag them after every client action.

After

Uploads, signatures, and payments move jobs forward automatically and notify the next person.

No more dragging cards
02

Organizer follow-up

Before

Organizers go out in January. By March, staff are emailing the stragglers one at a time.

After

Reminders go out on a schedule until the organizer is complete, then stop on their own.

~5 hrs/week back in season
03

Waiting-on report

Before

Nobody can say how many returns are blocked on clients without clicking through every job.

After

A weekly list of stuck jobs, how long they've waited, and what's missing.

One list instead of 200 clicks

03 / How we connect

Inside TaxDome. Not instead of it.

TaxDome's outside integrations are more limited than some tools. We'll be specific on the call about what runs inside TaxDome and what doesn't.

01

Inside TaxDome

Most of the value is TaxDome's own pipelines, automations, and reminders, configured to match how your firm actually works.

02

Around TaxDome

Where TaxDome doesn't reach (your website forms, other tools, custom reports), we connect what its integrations allow.

03

Your voice

Every reminder and email template is rewritten in your firm's tone, so clients don't feel like they're talking to a robot.

04 / Process

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.

01 · Day 0 · Free

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions about TaxDome.

Q01We already paid for TaxDome onboarding. Why this?

Onboarding shows you the features. We build your actual pipelines, automations, and templates around your services and deadlines, then test them on real clients.

Q02Can you migrate us onto TaxDome?

Not as part of this offer. This is for firms already on TaxDome who aren't getting the time back they expected.

Q03Will this be ready before tax season?

If we start by mid-December, yes. Ten days to build, a week of testing on live clients, and you go into January with it running.

Q04What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q05Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q06Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q07What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
