You pay for HubSpot. Your reps still update it by hand.
Leads wait in a view nobody owns. Deal properties go stale the day after a call. The Monday pipeline report is a spreadsheet export. We build the workflows, routing, and call-note sync so HubSpot keeps itself current.
HubSpot holds the data. People still move it.
Three automations that remove the manual work your team does most, plus AI call notes that update the CRM for them.

Three HubSpot jobs that stop being your team's job.
Unowned leads
New contacts land without an owner. Someone sorts the "unassigned" view when they have a minute.
Every new contact gets an owner by your rules in under a minute, plus a task and a Slack ping.
Stale deal properties
Close dates, amounts, and next steps only change when a manager asks in Slack.
After each recorded call, a summary and suggested property updates land on the deal for the rep to accept.
Stalled deals
Deals sit in the same stage for weeks and nobody notices until the quarter's almost over.
Deals idle past your threshold create a task for the owner and show up in the Monday summary.

Inside HubSpot. Not instead of it.
Some HubSpot features depend on your tier. If a workflow needs Pro and you're on Starter, we'll show you the cheaper outside option and the upgrade cost side by side.
Native first
We start with what your HubSpot tier already includes: workflows, rotation, sequences, properties. No new subscription unless it clearly pays for itself.
Outside where needed
Enrichment, AI call notes, and Slack summaries run through HubSpot's API from a small service we set up in your accounts. You own it.
Clean data in
We add required fields, dedupe rules, and naming conventions so the automations have something reliable to act on.
Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions about HubSpot.
Q01Do we need HubSpot Pro or Operations Hub?
Not necessarily. On lower tiers we run more of the logic outside HubSpot through its API. We'll tell you on the call which path is cheaper for you.
Q02Will this mess with our existing workflows?
We audit what's running first and turn off anything we replace. Nothing new goes live without a test on real records and your sign-off.
Q03Which call recorders work for AI notes?
Anything that produces a transcript: Zoom, Google Meet, Gong, Fathom, and most dialers. If yours exports one, we can use it.
Q04What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q05Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q06Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q07What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
